Convert several 190’ class DP2 vessels to 220’ DP2 vessels by adding a 30’ midbody. Included complete rewiring to maintain DP2 classification. Same was done with several 210’ converted to 250’ class vessels.

Complete replacement of vessels from waterline up, including bulkheads, main deck, and superstructure. All new pipiing, electrical, and mechanical systems with full SOLAS certification and 100 ton bollard pull.

220’ x 56’ x 12.5’ Installed port and starboard sponsons full length for increased stability. Completed while performing major repairs throughout the vessel.

Complete refurbishment including out of vessel engine, gear, and generator rebuilds. Near white blast of exterior hull from keel to mast with full paint system. Installed new Kongsberg VDR. Renewed USCG certification.

Conrad Deepwater Repair consists of 52-acres in Morgan City, Louisiana on the Bayou Boeuf Intracoastal Waterway, just 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, and is capable of servicing some of the larger vessels. The shipyard has six drydocks and provides repair, conversion, regulatory inspection, major overhauls and repowerings.
