A: On December 12, 2014 we announced plans to initiate a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share during the first quarter of 2015 and dividends were paid for all quarters in 2015. Dividends of $0.10 were paid for the four quarters of 2016. Declaration of the dividend is at the discretion of the Board each quarter, and will depend upon the Company’s financial performance, cash requirements, outlook and other factors deemed relevant by the Board. We paid a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock on January 5, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 23, 2014; a special cash dividend of $2 per share was paid on December 17, 2013 to shareholders of record on December 3, 2013; and a special dividend of $2 per share was paid on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 24, 2012.
